Randy is a Software Engineer with 45 years of experience in both government software development and semiconductor design. He is among the first credentialed software engineers in Florida, holding a BSCE degree from the University of Florida, class of '80.

Randy was raised in Florida, where his family has lived since it was part of Spain. He moved to Brevard in 1980, married his college sweetheart, and raised three adult taxpayers. He was highly active in his children’s education, taking on leadership roles in various parent organizations and coaching youth sports teams. For nearly four years, he has served as the committeeman for District 505 and has participated in several BREC committees.
